Many existing MAC access functions are used by WiFi 6 chips only, so add
suffix _ax to be clearer. Some are common and can be used by WiFi 7, so
export this kind of functions. This patch doesn't change logic at all.

Before accessing CMAC and DMAC registers, we should ensure they have been
powered on, so add flag to determine the state. For old chips, we read
registers and check corresponding bit, but it takes extra cost to read.

The XTAL SI is a serial interface to indirectly access registers of
analog hardware circuit. Since WiFi 7 chips use different registers, add
a ops to access them via common functions. This patch doesn't change logic
for existing chips.

To diagnose the reason why firmware or hardware get abnormal, add to dump
MAC registers related to counters and interrupt masks. With these values,
people can classify problems and check if registers values are unexpected,
and then correct them. However, it could possible false alarm because
firmware triggers this SER event by wrong conditions that we should
correct it at firmware or register settings.
In field, SER might happen under special conditions, and very hard to
happen again, so dump lots of registers to provide rich information to
catch the problem.

In concurrent mode, when STA interface is scanning, it causes
AP interface TX beacon on wrong channel. We modified it to scan
with the operating channel when one of the interfaces is already
connected. Additionally, STA interface need to stop scan when AP
interface is starting to avoid TX beacon on wrong channel. Finally,
AP interface need to stop TX beacon when STA interface is scanning
and switching to non-OP channel,This prevent other device to get
beacons on wrong channel.

This function, currently called by WoWLAN flow, polls until specific HW
queues are empty. The polling bit definitions are not totally the same
between WiFi 6 and 7 chips. In addition, the check conditions are also
a little different. So, we differentiate the implementations according to
chip gen.

Define 8922A buffer quota that are used by HCI control flow, payload
engine, descriptor engine and etc for operation modes, such as SCC (single
channel concurrence) and download firmware. Since WiFi 7 chips has more
buffer classifications, add fields and struct according to design.

When associated peer has beamformer capability, we should enable
beamformee, set CSI parameter, and configure rate to send CSI packets.
Since registers of WiFi 7 chips are very different from existing chips,
separate configuration functions.

function, and then hardware can run sounding protocol itself. Oppositely,
disable this function when disassociated. Define different registers for

When TX size or time of packet over RTS threshold set by this register,
hardware will use RTS protection automatically. Since WiFi 6 and 7 chips
have different register address for this, separate the address according
to chip gen.

There are two difference between Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 chips.
1. Address range of TX power control register
2. Checking code to get a TX power control register
So, separate the implementation of them, access according to
chip generation, and rename original things with a suffix `_ax`.

Though WiFi 7 chips need BB MCU firmware, we don't download it in probe
stage. Instead, only bring interface up under normal operation or WoWLAN
mode. So, add an argument to assist download flow to setup download
settings properly.

For WiFi 6 chips, there is only single one firmware i.e. WiFi CPU firmware,
so no need an argument to discriminate them. For WiFi 7 chips, BB MCU
firmware is introduced, and we need to check it ready after downloading.
For each type of firmware, we need to check corresponding hardware ready
bit. After downloading all firmware, check status code to determine if
all things are ready.

To download firmware, we need to check path is ready. There are two kinds
of path -- one is to download firmware header, and the other is to download
firmware body.
Since the polling method is different from WiFi 7 chips, make it to be
an individual function, and then we can reuse the download flow.

rx_filter is used to decide which kind of packets are received to driver,
or just dropped by MAC layer to reduce bus traffic.
The bit definitions of old and new chips are the sames, but only address
is changed, so define a field to generalize usage.

To diagnose abnormal behavior, we need to dump certain internal memory.
For example, dump security CAM when debugging encryption/decryption
problems, or dump BA CAM when debugging abnormal BlockAck.
Since the indirect address and internal memory base address are different
between WiFi 6 and 7 chips, add fields to reuse codes.
Also, only WiFi 6 chips initialize DMAC and CMAC tables via this indirect
interface, so no need to change the constant register address, and
new firmware will help to initialize these tables.

There are two copies of MAC hardware called band0 and band1. Basically,
the only difference between them is base address, so we can share functions
with a 'band' (or 'mac_idx') argument.
The offset of base address of WiFi 6 and 7 are 0x2000 and 0x4000
respectively, so add band1_offset field to new introduced struct
mac_gen_def to possibly reuse functions.

Though SER can recover this case, traffic can get stuck for a while. Fix it

Newer FW re-design SER (syetem error recovery) L1 (level 1) flow.
New L1 flow will expect two extra states before original L1 flow.
* Before:
fw --- M1 --> driver
fw <-- M2 --- driver
fw --- M3 --> driver
fw <-- M4 --- driver
fw --- M5 --> driver
* After:
fw --- pre-M0 --> driver
fw <-- post-M0 --- driver
fw --- M1 --> driver
fw <-- M2 --- driver

fw <-- M4 --- driver
fw --- M5 --> driver
Then before M1, FW gets one more interval to deal with things that FW
should have handled well. To consider backward/forward compatibility,
FW and driver won't change flow from M1 to M5. (only except that halt
trigger control will change a little bit.) So, there will be two differnt
starting points of SER L1.
* old FW: SER L1 starts from M1
* new FW: SER L1 starts from pre-M0
Then, driver adds the new SER L1 entry and also keep the original one
instead of changing it.

The function to request DLE (data link engine) buffer uses 'u16' as return
value that mixes error code, so change it to 'int' as regular error code.
Also, treat invalid register value (0xfff) as an error.

To support WoWLAN mode for 8852be, we add one PLE quota setting and
WoWLAN stub, which shows that supported WLAN events include receiving
magic packet, rekey packet and deauth packet, and disconnecting from AP.

Adding this supports beacon filter and connection quality monitor.
To make host CPU wake up less, let firmware perform signal
monitoring and beacon processing, then notify driver upon signal
changes or beacon loss.
This feature needs firmware 0.27.56 or newer to support it.

RXI300 is a HW design to maintain stuffs across BUS, e.g. AXI, AHB, APB.
It will feedback an error when host does an invalid BUS operation.
For example,
* BUS master request without power/clock on.
* host reads/writes/accesses an invalid address.
They might lead to problems such as BUS timeout, platform hang, etc. So,
once if RXI300 feedback an error, it notifies that driver need a L2 SER
(system error recovery) to reset things.
Previously, driver did not parse the error scenario for RXI300. We add
it and assign a corresponding error code which will make SER flow do L2
reset.

Originally, rtw89_mac_port_tsf_sync() contains randomization logic
internally. However, not all situation, we need the randomization.
So, split out the generic part from it. And, make the full logic of
original one contained in rtw89_mac_port_tsf_sync_rand(). It will
still be used by its original caller as before. Then, the generic
one will be used in MCC (multi-channel concurrency) management flow.
MCC will implement its logic to decide the offset for TSF sync.

If the interface is in AP/P2P GO mode, we adjust the TSF with random
offset to avoid TBTT of different vifs to overlap and collide.
For every new interface added, we adjust the value and resync for all
interfaces.

Process C2H(s) related to MCC (multi-channel concurrency). These handling,
which either call rtw89_complete_cond() or show message in debug mode, can
be considered atomic/lock-free. So, they should be safe to be processed
directly after C2H pre-check in previous patch.

Before queuing C2H work, we check atomicity of the C2H's handler first now.
If atomic or lock-free, handle it directly; otherwise, handle it with mutex
in work as previous. This prepares for MAC MCC C2Hs which require to be
processed directly. And, their handlers will be functions which can be
considered atomic.

To detect TX or RX stuck, we implement SER (system error recovery) in
firmware to recover abnormal states of hardware, and report events to
driver. This kind of events could happen rarely per day.
SER might be true-positive or false-negative cases, and it could be failed
to recover true-positive case. We dump related registers to kernel message
at that moment and collect them from users, because they occur rarely,
randomly and hard to make sure we reproduce the same symptom. To address
problems accurately, add more registers by this patch.
It also might be false-positive cases that looks like TX or RX get stuck,
we need to dump registers from debugfs manually, so also add similar
things to debugfs as well.

Dispatch is a component to decide packets forward to host, DMAC or
HAXIDMA. It contains CDT standing for CPU dispatcher, HDT standing
for host dispatcher, WDE standing for descriptor engine and PLE standing
for payload engine. STF is one kind of modes, it can be used if packet
send to hardware and doesn't need release report.
These debug port information can help to clarify the reason if
packets stuck in dispatch.

WoWLAN is a feature which allows devices to be woken up from suspend
state through WLAN events.
When user enables WoWLAN feature and then let the device enter suspend
state, WoWLAN firmware will be loaded by the driver and periodically
monitors WiFi packets. Power consumption of WiFi chip will be reduced
in this state.
We now implement WoWLAN function in rtw8852ae and rtw8852ce chip.
Currently supported WLAN events include receiving magic packet,
rekey packet and deauth packet, and disconnecting from AP.

When entering WoWLAN mode, we need to drop all transmit packets,
including those in mac buffer, to avoid memory leakage, so implement
the drop_tx function.

PLE RX quota, which is the setting of RX buffer, is needed to be adjusted
dynamically for WoWLAN mode, and restored when back to normal mode.
The action is not needed for rtw8852c chip.
