As the comment in usb_disconnect() hints, do not defer the
disconnect processing, and instead just do it directly in
the irq handler. This allows the driver to avoid using a
nowadays deprecated tasklet.

This converts all the existing DECLARE_TASKLET() (and ...DISABLED)
macros with DECLARE_TASKLET_OLD() in preparation for refactoring the
tasklet callback type. All existing DECLARE_TASKLET() users had a "0"
data argument, it has been removed here as well.

There's no reason for the tasklet callback to set an argument since it
always uses a global. Instead, use the global directly, in preparation
for converting the tasklet subsystem to modern callback conventions.

as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.
This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.
No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.
Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.
If the probe fails, udc_remove() will not be called, so there is no
reason to make del_timer_sync() calls conditional. As a result, use of
the .data field can be dropped, in support of making removing this field
entirely from struct timer_list.

This patch adds platform driver support for Synopsys UDC.
A new driver file (snps_udc_plat.c) is created for this purpose
where the platform driver registration is done based on OF
node.
Currently, UDC integrated into Broadcom's iProc SoCs (Northstar2
and Cygnus) work with this driver.
New members are added to the UDC data structure for having platform
device support along with extcon and phy support.
Kconfig and Makefiles are modified to select platform driver for
compilation.

This patch renames the amd5536udc.c that has the core driver
functionality of Synopsys UDC to snps_udc_core.c
The symbols exported here can be used by any UDC driver that uses
the same Synopsys IP.
