2017-11-07USB: musb: Remove redundant license textGreg Kroah-Hartman
Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording can be removed as it is no longer needed at all. This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never needed. No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed. 2017-11-04USB: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/usb/Greg Kroah-Hartman
It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to audit the kernel tree for correct licenses. Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text. This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart. 2015-05-07usb: musb: Fix up DMA related macrosTony Lindgren
Pass struct musb to tusb_dma_omap() and is_cppi_enabled(), and add macros for the other DMA controllers. Populate the platform specific quirks with the DMA type and use it during runtime. Note that platform glue layers with no custom DMA code are tagged with MUSB_DMA_INVENTRA which may have a chance of working. Looks like the defconfigs for these use PIO_ONLY, so this should not break existing configs. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com> Signed-off-by: Felipe Balbi <balbi@ti.com>
2014-05-16usb: musb: tusb6010: Use musb->tusb_revision instead of tusb_get_revision call.Matwey V. Kornilov
The value of the revision is stored in musb->tusb_revision, so don't re-read it every time. Exporting tusb_get_revision is not needed anymore, so the dependency loop between tusb6010 and tusb6010_omap is resolved. Signed-off-by: Matwey V. 2014-05-14usb: musb: tusb: remove dead codePaul Bolle
musb_in_tusb() is always set to 0, because CONFIG_USB_TUSB6010 is never set (it should have been CONFIG_USB_MUSB_TUSB6010). But musb_in_tusb() is unused anyway, so remove a few lines of dead code. Signed-off-by: Paul Bolle <pebolle@tiscali.nl> Signed-off-by: Felipe Balbi <balbi@ti.com>
2009-04-23USB: musb: Remove my email address from few musb related driversJarkko Nikula
This email address is going to expire soon and my contribution to musb is next to zero so remove it. Signed-off-by: Jarkko Nikula <jarkko.nikula@nokia.com> Cc: Felipe Balbi <felipe.balbi@nokia.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
2008-08-13usb: musb: pass configuration specifics via pdataFelipe Balbi
Use platform_data to pass musb configuration-specific details to musb driver. This patch will prevent that other platforms selecting HAVE_CLK and enabling musb won't break tree building. The other parts of it will come when linux-omap merge up more omap2/3 board-files. 2008-08-13USB: Add MUSB and TUSB supportFelipe Balbi
This patch adds support for MUSB and TUSB controllers integrated into omap2430 and davinci. It also adds support for external tusb6010 controller.
