Remove EnterFunction and LeaveFunction.
These debugging macros seem well past their use-by date. And seem to
have little value these days. Removing them allows some trivial cleanup
of some exit paths for some functions. These are also included in this
patch. There is likely scope for further cleanup of both debugging and
unwind paths. But let's leave that for another day.
Only intended to change debug output, and only when CONFIG_IP_VS_DEBUG
is enabled. Compile tested only.

In preparation to using RCU locking for the list
with estimators, make sure the struct ip_vs_stats
are released after RCU grace period by using RCU
callbacks. This affects ipvs->tot_stats where we
can not use RCU callbacks for ipvs, so we use
allocated struct ip_vs_stats_rcu. For services
and dests we force RCU callbacks for all cases.

We are changing expire_nodest_conn to work even for reused connections when
conn_reuse_mode=0, just as what was done with commit dc7b3eb900aa ("ipvs:
Fix reuse connection if real server is dead").
For controlled and persistent connections, the new connection will get the
needed real server depending on the rules in ip_vs_check_template().

Similar to earlier patches: allow ipv4 and ipv6 to use the
same handler. ipv4 and ipv6 specific actions can be done by

ipvs has multiple one-line wrappers for hooks, compact them.
To avoid a large patch make the two most common helpers use the same
function signature as hooks.
Next patches can then remove the oneline wrappers.

If netfilter changes the packet mark when mangling, the packet is
rerouted using the route_me_harder set of functions. Prior to this
commit, there's one big difference between route_me_harder and the
ordinary initial routing functions, described in the comment above
__ip_queue_xmit():

That function goes on to correctly make use of sk->sk_bound_dev_if,
rather than skb->sk->sk_bound_dev_if. And indeed the comment is true: a
tunnel will receive a packet in ndo_start_xmit with an initial skb->sk.
It will make some transformations to that packet, and then it will send
the encapsulated packet out of a *new* socket. That new socket will
basically always have a different sk_bound_dev_if (otherwise there'd be
a routing loop). So for the purposes of routing the encapsulated packet,
the routing information as it pertains to the socket should come from
that socket's sk, rather than the packet's original skb->sk. For that
reason __ip_queue_xmit() and related functions all do the right thing.
One might argue that all tunnels should just call skb_orphan(skb) before
transmitting the encapsulated packet into the new socket. But tunnels do
*not* do this -- and this is wisely avoided in skb_scrub_packet() too --
because features like TSQ rely on skb->destructor() being called when
that buffer space is truely available again. Calling skb_orphan(skb) too
early would result in buffers filling up unnecessarily and accounting
info being all wrong. Instead, additional routing must take into account
the new sk, just as __ip_queue_xmit() notes.
So, this commit addresses the problem by fishing the correct sk out of
state->sk -- it's already set properly in the call to nf_hook() in
__ip_local_out(), which receives the sk as part of its normal
functionality. So we make sure to plumb state->sk through the various
route_me_harder functions, and then make correct use of it following the
example of __ip_queue_xmit().

Just like for MASQ, inspect the reply packets coming from DR/TUN
real servers and alter the connection's state and timeout
according to the protocol.
It's ipvs's duty to do traffic statistic if packets get hit,
no matter what mode it is.

expire_nodest_conn=1
When expire_nodest_conn=1 and a destination is deleted, IPVS does not
expire the existing connections until the next matching incoming packet.
If there are many connection entries from a single client to a single
destination, many packets may get dropped before all the connections are
expired (more likely with lots of UDP traffic). An optimization can be
made where upon deletion of a destination, IPVS queues up delayed work
to immediately expire any connections with a deleted destination. This
ensures any reused source ports from a client (within the IPVS timeouts)
are scheduled to new real servers instead of silently dropped.

YangYuxi is reporting that connection reuse
is causing one-second delay when SYN hits
existing connection in TIME_WAIT state.
Such delay was added to give time to expire
both the IPVS connection and the corresponding
conntrack. This was considered a rare case
at that time but it is causing problem for
some environments such as Kubernetes.
As nf_conntrack_tcp_packet() can decide to
release the conntrack in TIME_WAIT state and
to replace it with a fresh NEW conntrack, we
can use this to allow rescheduling just by
tuning our check: if the conntrack is
confirmed we can not schedule it to different
real server and the one-second delay still
applies but if new conntrack was created,
we are free to select new real server without
any delays.

"Here is another set of reviewed patches that adds SPDX tags to
different kernel files, based on a set of rules that are being used to
parse the comments to try to determine that the license of the file is
"GPL-2.0-or-later" or "GPL-2.0-only". Only the "obvious" versions of
these matches are included here, a number of "non-obvious" variants of
text have been found but those have been postponed for later review
and analysis.
There is also a patch in here to add the proper SPDX header to a bunch
of Kbuild files that we have missed in the past due to new files being
added and forgetting that Kbuild uses two different file names for
Makefiles. This issue was reported by the Kbuild maintainer.
These patches have been out for review on the linux-spdx@vger mailing
list, and while they were created by automatic tools, they were
hand-verified by a bunch of different people, all whom names are on
the patches are reviewers"

while unregistering ipvs module, ops_free_list calls
__ip_vs_cleanup, then nf_unregister_net_hooks be called to
do remove nf hook entries. It need a RCU period to finish,
however net->ipvs is set to NULL immediately, which will
trigger NULL pointer dereference when a packet is hooked
and handled by ip_vs_in where net->ipvs is dereferenced.
Another scene is ops_free_list call ops_free to free the
net_generic directly while __ip_vs_cleanup finished, then
calling ip_vs_in will triggers use-after-free.
This patch moves nf_unregister_net_hooks from __ip_vs_cleanup()
to __ip_vs_dev_cleanup(), where rcu_barrier() is called by
unregister_pernet_device -> unregister_pernet_operations,
that will do the needed grace period.

We can receive ICMP errors from client or from
tunneling real server. While the former can be
scheduled to real server, the latter should
not be scheduled, they are decapsulated only when
existing connection is found.

The netfilter conflicts were rather simple overlapping
changes.
However, the cls_tcindex.c stuff was a bit more complex.
On the 'net' side, Cong is fixing several races and memory
leaks. Whilst on the 'net-next' side we have Vlad adding
the rtnl-ness support.
What I've decided to do, in order to resolve this, is revert the
conversion over to using a workqueue that Cong did, bringing us back
to pure RCU. I did it this way because I believe that either Cong's
races don't apply with have Vlad did things, or Cong will have to
implement the race fix slightly differently.

ipvs relies on nf_defrag_ipv6 module to manage IPv6 fragmentation,
but lacks proper Kconfig dependencies and does not explicitly
request defrag features.
As a result, if netfilter hooks are not loaded, when IPv6 fragmented
packet are handled by ipvs only the first fragment makes through.
Fix it properly declaring the dependency on Kconfig and registering
netfilter hooks on ip_vs_add_service() and ip_vs_new_dest().

Use the new indirect call wrappers in IPVS when calling the TCP or UDP
protocol specific functions.
This avoids an indirect calls in IPVS, and reduces the performance
impact of the Spectre mitigation.

We came across infinite loop in ipvs when using ipvs in docker
env.
When ipvs receives new packets and cannot find an ipvs connection,
it will create a new connection, then if the dest is unavailable
(i.e. IP_VS_DEST_F_AVAILABLE), the packet will be dropped sliently.
But if the dropped packet is the first packet of this connection,
the connection control timer never has a chance to start and the
ipvs connection cannot be released. This will lead to memory leak, or
infinite loop in cleanup_net() when net namespace is released like
this:

Local clients are not properly synchronized on 32-bit CPUs when
updating stats (3.10+). Now it is possible estimation_timer (timer),
a stats reader, to interrupt the local client in the middle of
write_seqcount_{begin,end} sequence leading to loop (DEADLOCK).
The same interrupt can happen from received packet (SoftIRQ)
which updates the same per-CPU stats.
Fix it by disabling BH while updating stats.

This patch removes duplicate rcu_read_lock().
1. IPVS part:
According to Julian Anastasov's mention, contexts of ipvs are described
at: http://marc.info/?l=netfilter-devel&m=149562884514072&w=2, in summary:
- packet RX/TX: does not need locks because packets come from hooks.
- sync msg RX: backup server uses RCU locks while registering new
connections.
- ip_vs_ctl.c: configuration get/set, RCU locks needed.
- xt_ipvs.c: It is a netfilter match, running from hook context.
As result, rcu_read_lock and rcu_read_unlock can be removed from:
- ip_vs_core.c: all
- ip_vs_ctl.c:
- only from ip_vs_has_real_service
- ip_vs_ftp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_sctp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_tcp.c: all
- ip_vs_proto_udp.c: all
- ip_vs_xmit.c: all (contains only packet processing)
2. Netfilter part:
There are three types of functions that are guaranteed the rcu_read_lock().
First, as result, functions are only called by nf_hook():
- nf_conntrack_broadcast_help(), pptp_expectfn(), set_expected_rtp_rtcp().
- tcpmss_reverse_mtu(), tproxy_laddr4(), tproxy_laddr6().
- match_lookup_rt6(), check_hlist(), hashlimit_mt_common().
- xt_osf_match_packet().
Second, functions that caller already held the rcu_read_lock().
- destroy_conntrack(), ctnetlink_conntrack_event().
- ctnl_timeout_find_get(), nfqnl_nf_hook_drop().
Third, functions that are mixed with type1 and type2.
These functions are called by nf_hook() also these are called by
ordinary functions that already held the rcu_read_lock():
- __ctnetlink_glue_build(), ctnetlink_expect_event().
- ctnetlink_proto_size().

with struct sctp_chunkhdr in the places where it's using this
typedef.
It is also to fix some indents and use sizeof(variable) instead
of sizeof(type)., especially in sctp_new.

We do not check if packet from real server is for NAT
connection before performing SNAT. This causes problems
for setups that use DR/TUN and allow local clients to
access the real server directly, for example:
- local client in director creates IPVS-DR/TUN connection
CIP->VIP and the request packets are routed to RIP.
Talks are finished but IPVS connection is not expired yet.
- second local client creates non-IPVS connection CIP->RIP
with same reply tuple RIP->CIP and when replies are received
on LOCAL_IN we wrongly assign them for the first client
connection because RIP->CIP matches the reply direction.
As result, IPVS SNATs replies for non-IPVS connections.
The problem is more visible to local UDP clients but in rare
cases it can happen also for TCP or remote clients when the
real server sends the reply traffic via the director.
So, better to be more precise for the reply traffic.
As replies are not expected for DR/TUN connections, better
to not touch them.

nf_(un)register_hooks has to maintain an internal hook list to add/remove
those hooks from net namespaces as they are added/deleted.
ipvs already uses pernet_ops, so we can switch to the (more recent)
pernet hook api instead.

refcount_t type and corresponding API (see include/linux/refcount.h)
should be used instead of atomic_t when the variable is used as
a reference counter. This allows to avoid accidental
refcounter overflows that might lead to use-after-free
situations.
