2018-08-23treewide: convert ISO_8859-1 text comments to utf-8Arnd Bergmann
Almost all files in the kernel are either plain text or UTF-8 encoded. A couple however are ISO_8859-1, usually just a few characters in a C comments, for historic reasons. This converts them all to UTF-8 for consistency. 2018-04-09netfilter: ipvs: Add Maglev hashing schedulerInju Song
Implements the Google's Maglev hashing algorithm as a IPVS scheduler. Basically it provides consistent hashing but offers some special features about disruption and load balancing. 1) minimal disruption: when the set of destinations changes, a connection will likely be sent to the same destination as it was before. 2) load balancing: each destination will receive an almost equal number of connections.
