The BPF sources moved with bpf_offload.py have a suffix of .bpf.c
which seems to be useful convention. Rename the 2 other BPF sources
we had. Use wildcard in the Makefile, since we can match all those
files easily now.

UDP tunnel packets can't be GRO in-between their endpoints as this
causes different issues. The UDP GRO fwd vxlan tests were relying on
this and their expectations have to be fixed.
We keep both vxlan tests and expected no GRO from happening. The vxlan
UDP GRO bench test was removed as it's not providing any valuable
information now.

We should be able to independently flip either XDP or GRO states and toggling
one should not affect the other.
Adjust other tests as well that had implicit expectation that GRO would be
automatically enabled.

The udpgro_fwd.sh self-tests are somewhat unstable. There are
a few timing constraints the we struggle to meet on very slow
environments.
Instead of skipping the whole tests in such envs, increase the
test resilience WRT very slow hosts: increase the inter-packets
timeouts, avoid resetting the counters every second and finally
disable reduce the background traffic noise.
Tested with:
for I in $(seq 1 100); do
./tools/testing/selftests/kselftest_install/run_kselftest.sh \
-t net:udpgro_fwd.sh || exit -1
done
in a slow environment.

The UDP GRO forwarding test still hard-code an arbitrary pause
to wait for the UDP listener becoming ready in background.
That causes sporadic failures depending on the host load.
Replace the sleep with the existing helper waiting for the desired
port being exposed.

Several net tests requires an XDP program build under the ebpf
directory, and error out if such program is not available.
That makes running successful net test hard, let's duplicate into the
net dir the [very small] program, re-using the existing rules to build
it, and finally dropping the bogus dependency.

After commit afef88e65554 ("selftests/bpf: Store BPF object files with
.bpf.o extension"), we should use xdp_dummy.bpf.o instade of xdp_dummy.o.
In addition, use the BPF_FILE variable to save the BPF object file name,
which can be better identified and modified.

Since commit 8fffa0e3451a ("selftests/bpf: Normalize XDP section names in
selftests") the xdp_dummy.o's section name has changed to xdp. But some
tests are still using "section xdp_dummy", which make the tests failed.
Fix them by updating to the new section name.

As Paolo pointed out, the result of ping IPv6 address depends on
the running distro. So explicitly checking the available ping feature,
as e.g. do the bareudp.sh self-tests.

udpgro_fwd.sh contains many bash specific operators ("[[", "local -r"),
but it's using /bin/sh; in some distro /bin/sh is mapped to /bin/dash,
that doesn't support such operators.
Force the test to use /bin/bash explicitly and prevent false positive
test failures.

Create a bunch of virtual topologies and verify that
NETIF_F_GRO_FRAGLIST or NETIF_F_GRO_UDP_FWD-enabled
devices aggregate the ingress packets as expected.
Additionally check that the aggregate packets are
segmented correctly when landing on a socket
Also test SKB_GSO_FRAGLIST and SKB_GSO_UDP_L4 aggregation
on top of UDP tunnel (vxlan)
v1 -> v2:
- hopefully clarify the commit message
- moved the overlay network ipv6 range into the 'documentation'
reserved range (Willem)
