From 31168f033e3751d1c9245d9ee847d775af16dcd6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mike Rapoport Date: Thu, 21 Nov 2019 18:21:32 +0200 Subject: mips: drop __pXd_offset() macros that duplicate pXd_index() ones The __pXd_offset() macros are identical to the pXd_index() macros and there is no point to keep both of them. All architectures define and use pXd_index() so let's keep only those to make mips consistent with the rest of the kernel.
