From 8412b410fa5e1e494a0fec84c3c462d49870d3f5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nuno Sá Date: Wed, 9 Oct 2019 12:28:05 +0200 Subject: hwmon: Support ADI Fan Control IP MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The purpose of this IP Core is to control the fan used for the cooling of a Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC without the need of any external temperature sensors. To achieve this, the IP core uses the PL SYSMONE4 primitive to obtain the PL temperature and, based on those readings, it then outputs a PWM signal to control the fan rotation accordingly.
