From 0ae1c9d38426737c39085f919b9b27d2eab3802e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Christoph Hellwig Date: Thu, 15 Jun 2023 08:48:40 +0200 Subject: md: deprecate bitmap file support The support for bitmaps on files is a very bad idea abusing various kernel APIs, and fundamentally requires the file to not be on the actual array without a way to check that this is actually the case. Add a deprecation warning to see if we might be able to eventually drop it.
