     work around apparent bug in FW by tweaking messages we send

   - af_unix: fix duplicate data if PEEK w/ peek_offset needs to wait

   - veth: more robust handing of race to avoid txq getting stuck

   - eth: ps3_gelic_net: handle skb allocation failures"
