bpf/helpers: Refactor bpf_dynptr_read and bpf_dynptr_write
Refactor bpf_dynptr_read and bpf_dynptr_write helpers: extract code into the static functions namely __bpf_dynptr_read and __bpf_dynptr_write, this allows calling these without compiler warnings.
