Enable HDMI output on i.MX8MP DHCOM PDK2 and PDK3. The I2C5 on PDK2 and
I2C mux port 1 on PDK3 respectively are used in regular I2C mode instead
of HDMI DDC mode to permit connection of other I2C devices on those buses.
The pinctrl_hdmi node is part of the SoM DTSI already.

generate clock from SoC
The PDK2 carrier board had to be manually patched to obtain working PCIe
with the i.MX8MP DHCOM SoM so far, because the PCIe clock generator has
not been connected to the PCIe block REF_PAD_CLK inputs.
Switch to use of HSIO PLL as the clock source for the PCIe block instead,
and use the REF_PAD_CLK as outputs to generate PCIe clock from the SoC.
This way, it is not necessary to patch the PDK2 in any way to obtain a
working PCIe.
Note that PDK3 has PCIe clock generator always connected to REF_PAD_CLK
and is not affected.

Add SAI I2S and audio bindings on MX8MP DHCOM PDK2 and PDK3.
The VDDA is supplied from on-carrier-board regulator, the VDDIO
is supplied from always-on on-SoM regulator. Except for different
I2C bus used to connect the codec, the implementation is virtually
identical on both carrier boards.
Align regulator-avdd name to regulator-3p3vdd on PDK3, since this
is the VDDA supply and it is the same on both carrier boards.

The i.MX8MP DHCOM SoM may come with either external RGMII PHY or
LAN8740Ai RMII PHY on the SoM attached to FEC MAC. Add pin mux
settings for both options, so that DT overlay can override these
settings on SoM variant with the LAN8740Ai PHY.

The PHY nodes may be activated via DTO in case another SoM variant
is populated into the development kit. Do not delete the nodes.

DHCOM and PDK2
The GPIO M SoM pin is connected to CLKOUT1, while CLKOUT2 is used as a supply
for TC9595 bridge chip clock. Update the comment. No functional change.
