The fwnode.h is not supposed to be used by the drivers as it
has the definitions for the core parts for different device
property provider implementations. Drop it.
Note, that fwnode API for drivers is provided in property.h
which is included here.

This driver handles the MAX96714 deserializer in tunnel mode.
The CSI output will replicate all the CSI traffic forwarded by
the remote serializer.
The MAX96714 driver can handle MAX96714 and MAX96714F variants
with the same "maxim,max96714f" compatible.
