2024-06-21media: Convert from tasklet to BH workqueueAllen Pais
The only generic interface to execute asynchronously in the BH context is tasklet; however, it's marked deprecated and has some design flaws. To replace tasklets, BH workqueue support was recently added. A BH workqueue behaves similarly to regular workqueues except that the queued work items are executed in the BH context. This patch converts drivers/media/* from tasklet to BH workqueue. 2015-03-24media/bt8xx: Remove old powerpc cruftBenjamin Herrenschmidt
The powerpc arch code enables PCI_COMMAND_MEMORY (and has done so for more than 10 years at least !) on pci_enable_device() and the hackery on the MMIO accessor is useless as well, our writel does everything this driver should need. Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
