	Add support for runtime suspend/resume in the encoder and decoder. This is achieved by saving the VPU state and powering it off while the VPU is idle. 2024-06-21	media: chips-media: wave5: support Wave515 decoder	Ivan Bornyakov
	Add initial support for the Wave515 multi-decoder IP. For now it is only able to decode HEVC Main/Main10 profile videos into YUV420. This was tested on FPGA prototype, so wave5_dt_ids[] was not expanded.
