This code is trying to ensure that the last byte of the buffer is a NUL
terminator. However, the problem is that attr->value[] is an array of
__le32, not char, so it zeroes out 4 bytes way beyond the end of the
buffer. Cast the buffer to char to address this.

Replace the firmware field macros with new macros which follow typical
kernel standards. No variables are required to be predefined for use and
results are now returned. These macros are prefixed with fta or fbnic
TLV attribute.

Allow fbnic_tlv_attr_get_string() to return an error code. In the event the
source mailbox attribute is missing return -EINVAL. Like nla_strscpy() return
-E2BIG when the source string is larger than the destination string. In this
case the amount of data copied is equal to dstsize.

Add FW message formatting and parsing. The TLV format should
look very familiar to those familiar with netlink.
Since we don't have to deal with backward compatibility
we tweaked the format a little to make it easier to deal
with, and more appropriate for tightly coupled interfaces
like driver<>FW communication.
