This copyright notice is redundant as all files contain the same
copyright notice already
- A license notice

GNU General Public License (a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A) published by the Free Software Foundation (version 2).
This can be replaced with the corresponding SPDX license identifier
(GPL-2.0-only) in the source files which reference this license
file.
- The full GPLv2 license text
A redundant copy of LICENSES/preferred/GPL-2.0
Remove the notices and add the SPDX license identifier GPL-2.0-only to the
source files.
Finally remove the now redundant LICENSE.qlcnic file.

These functions are supposed to return one on failure and zero on
success. Returning a zero here could cause uninitialized variable
bugs in several of the callers. For example:
drivers/scsi/cxgbi/cxgb4i/cxgb4i.c:1660 get_iscsi_dcb_priority()
error: uninitialized symbol 'caps'.

This function is called from dcbnl_build_peer_app(). The "info"
struct isn't initialized at all so we disclose 2 bytes of uninitialized
stack data. We should clear it before passing it to the user.

parameter query commands after that command.

The ->tc_cfg[] array has QLC_DCB_MAX_TC (8) elements so the check is
off by one. These functions are always called with valid values though
so it doesn't affect how the code works.

o DCB AEN registration was reissuing INIT_NIC command. Instead, club
all options of INIT NIC command and issue this command only once.

within dcbnl ops are supported currently.

o Adapter sends Asynchronous Event Notifications to the driver when
there are changes in the switch or adapter DCBX configuration.
AEN handler updates the driver DCBX parameters.
