Originally, MCC just took periodic NoA into account. When the connected GO
announces non-periodic NoA and GC side is during MCC, sometimes GC cannot
receive beacons well if the MCC scheduling conflicts with the non-periodic
NoA planning. After the loss exceeds the tolerable amount, beacon filter
will report connection loss. However, in this case, the loss is acceptable.
So now, MCC will calculate the range of non-periodic NoA. And then, don't
care beacon loss during the range.
Besides, rtw89_mcc_fill_role_limit() only makes sense for GC. Remove the
redundant check of GO.

When APs or GOs are up, their TSF start point are randomized to avoid
collisions. However, the TSF of an existing AP/GO would be randomized
multiple times. It caused the TSF is discontinuous to the corresponding
STA/GC sides. So, once TSF has been randomized, don't re-randomize it
unless SER (system error recovery) happens unfortunately.

With spatch script, already remove most driver mutex and generate
lockdep_assert_wiphy(), and some are needed to refine manually further to
be expected:
- lockdep_assert_wiphy() always be the first statement in function
- return directly rather than unnecessary goto
- change assert from mutex to wiphy lock, which script can't convert
automatically.

For certain works protected by driver mutex, use wiphy_work() directly
to have wiphy lock held naturally. Then every this kind of works is
protected by both wiphy lock and driver mutex.

After FW v0.35.46.0, for AP mode, RTL8922A FW supports a new FW feature,
called NOTIFY_AP_INFO, to notify driver information related to AP mode.
And, one function of it is to monitor PS states of remote stations. Once
one of them changes, FW will send a C2H event to tell driver. With this
FW feature, we can declare AP_LINK_PS.
For now, driver still needs to determine if a frame is ps-poll or U-APSD
trigger. So, add the corresponding RX handling in driver, which activates
only when at least one AP is running.

N.B. For cases of non-MLD connection, we set our link instance-0
active with link_id 0. So, our code flow can be compatible between
non-MLD connection and MLD connection.
Based on above, we tweak entire driver architecture first. But, we don't
dynamically enable multiple links here. That will be handled separately.
Most of the things changed here are changing flows to iterate all active
links and read bss_conf/link_sta data according to target link. And, for
cases of scan, ROC, WOW, we use instance-0 to deal with the request.
There are some things listed below, which work for now but need to extend
before multiple active links.
1. tx path
select suitable link instance among multiple active links
2. rx path
determine rx link by PPDU instead of always link instance-0
3. CAM
apply MLD pairwise key to any active links dynamically
Besides, PS code cannot easily work along with tweaking architecture. With
supporting MLO flag (currently false), we disable PS first and will fix it
by another commit in the following.

We did deinit CAM in STA iteration in VIF loop. But, the STA iteration
missed to restrict the target VIF. So, if there are multiple VIFs, we
would deinit a CAM multiple times. Now, fix it.

RTL8922A FW supports CRASH_TRIGGER feature from v0.34.30.0.
After it, debugfs fw_crash can accept type 1 on RTL8922A to
trigger firmware crash and verify L2 recovery.
Besides, RTL8922A sync address offset of reserved payload engine.
And, SER (system error recovery) tweaks conversion from WCPU address
to indirect access address for RTL8922A. The new conversion works
for all supported chips.

Level 1 recovery is to recover TX/RX rings, so it needs PCI to stop/start
DMA. But, different chip gen have different implementations, either
register address/mask or function flow. So, configure callback of
stop/start DMA by chip gen.

To diagnose abnormal behavior, we need to dump certain internal memory.
For example, dump security CAM when debugging encryption/decryption
problems, or dump BA CAM when debugging abnormal BlockAck.
Since the indirect address and internal memory base address are different
between WiFi 6 and 7 chips, add fields to reuse codes.
Also, only WiFi 6 chips initialize DMAC and CMAC tables via this indirect
interface, so no need to change the constant register address, and
new firmware will help to initialize these tables.

Some specific H2C (host to chip command) needs waiting until FW ACK by
C2H (chip to host event). However, during SER (system error recovery),
most interrupts are disabled, so we can't receive C2H immediately. It
causes this kind of H2C TX waits will always time out during SER.
To save time spent by SER, we don't do these redundant waits. And, to
make a difference from -ETIMEDOUT in other cases, we make the function
return 1 for SER case. When some H2C callers really catch `ret == 1` at
runtime, they can determine whether it's reasonable or not, and consider
how to resolve their flow if needed.

The total_sta_assoc and the tdls_peer are used for statistics accodring
to stations' information. L2 (Level 2) SER (system error recovery) will
call ieee80211_restart_hw() which re-invokes sta_state ops. And then,
the total_sta_assoc and tdls_peer will be re-increased. In case wrong
statistics results, we reset them in SER L2 handling.

Newer FW re-design SER (syetem error recovery) L1 (level 1) flow.
New L1 flow will expect two extra states before original L1 flow.
* Before:

Then before M1, FW gets one more interval to deal with things that FW
should have handled well. To consider backward/forward compatibility,
FW and driver won't change flow from M1 to M5. (only except that halt
trigger control will change a little bit.) So, there will be two differnt
starting points of SER L1.
* old FW: SER L1 starts from M1
* new FW: SER L1 starts from pre-M0
Then, driver adds the new SER L1 entry and also keep the original one
instead of changing it.

When SER L1 triggered, driver need to stop Rx and clear RTW89_FLAG_RUNNING
flag. If track_work check RTW89_FLAG_RUNNING simultaneously, it will check
failed and never queue track_work again, and LPS won't enter either.
Therefore, we cancel delayed work when enter SER L1, and queue delayed work
when leave SER L1.

For upcoming firmware, driver needs to do packet offload to firmware to
ensure LPS protocol work properly, so we update current connection and
disconnect flow to maintain packet offload flow, and integrate with
current WoWLAN flow which also needs packet offload.

SER (system error recovery) can deal with different crash types by
different levels of processes. Previous FW crash simulation triggers
a CPU exception which is one kind of SER L2 type. It can verify SER L2
flow which includes HW/FW restart.
Now, we want to increase crash simulation types. A debug function is added
to trigger control error in purpose for SER L1 simulation/verification.
And, debugfs fw_crash is extended to accept different parameters.

simulate CPU exception as before
(keep 1 for compatibility with previous)
It will be catched and handled by SER L2.
(this requires HW/FW restart)
echo 2 > fw_crash:
simulate control error
It will be catched and handled by SER L1.
(driver and FW cooperate to recover this)
Besides, in order to apply to the above two cases,
rename RTW89_FLAG_RESTART_TRIGGER to RTW89_FLAG_CRASH_SIMULATING
and adjust where SER flow clears this bit for both L1 and L2.

instances to rtw89_cam_info, and then use link list from rtw89_sta to
these instances.

While idle, we need a default chandef to set channel for things,
such as scan. Before support of mac80211 chanctx, mac80211 would
configure a default one on ieee80211_hw::conf::chandef. And we
just queried it whenever we did set channel. However, after support
of mac80211 chanctx, the flow won't work like before.
Besides, we don't now query chandef from ieee80211_hw::conf::chandef
either. So, similar to mac80211 without using chanctx, we configure
the default chandef with ieee80211_channel of index 0 in 2GHz.
Although we have not added the support of mac80211 chanctx here,
this configuration should be compatible before that. So, we commit
this ahead.

In STA mode, if peer is TDLS. Allocate a BSSID CAM entry with peer's
address to match address properly, and then hardware can ACK peer's
packets and receive packets to driver.

STA mode. To support TDLS, we handle TDLS peers like AP handles stations.

Originally, there is already a mechanism, SER (system error recover),
to deal with HW/FW recovery. After FW v0.13.36.0, FW supports a H2C
(host to chip) command to make a CPU exception. Then, SER is supposed
to catch this FW crash and do L2 reset. This feature is a simulation
to verify if flow of recovering from FW crash works.
Usage of fw_crash debugfs is as the following.
$ echo 1 > fw_crash // trigger FW crash and wait SER handling
$ cat fw_crash // return 0 if restart has been done

Read FW backtrace entry through FW reserved payload engine, and then
add FW backtrace dump during SER (system error recover) L2 reset process.
It contains a list of RA (return address) and SP (stack pointer) which
gives us a chance to trace back the call stack of FW.
Moreover, if core dump might have wrong content due to error during
dumping, we won't invoke device core dump framework. For this case,
rtw89_ser_cd_free() is added to free buffer by ourselves.

When FW encounters exception or assertion, SER L2 reset process will start.
It will dump some error information and re-download FW eventually. Since
such errors are usually critical, we would like to keep more information
about error to increase possibility of analysis and debugging FW. We first
add FW payload engine (fw reserved playoad engine, fw_rsvd_ple) memory
dump. FW will record things like CPU registers, backtrace entry, etc. in it
for debugging.
Moreover, device core dump framework is used and wrapped to collect kinds
of dumps during SER L2 reset process.

While SER (system error recover) is processing, it's supposed to mean
something is under recovery. So, disable interrupts (excluding the one
of halt which could be used during SER) to avoid unexpected behavior.
And then, enable interrupts after SER is done.

The raw error code might combine error scenario and error status.
But, the error scenario isn't parsed previously. It makes us mishandle
cpu exception and assertion. Now, we correct the error status for them.
Besides, a few uses of error status are refined.

The CAM, meaning address CAM and bssid CAM here, will get leaks during
SER (system error recover) L2 reset process and ieee80211_restart_hw()
which is called by L2 reset process eventually.
The normal flow would be like

Originally, CAM is released before HW restart only if connection is under
security. Now, release CAM whatever connection it is to fix leak in (A).
OTOH, check if CAM is already valid to avoid acquiring multiple times to
fix (B).
Besides, if AP mode, release address CAM of all stations before HW restart.

This driver named rtw89, which is the next generation of rtw88, supports
Realtek 8852AE 802.11ax 2x2 chip whose new features are OFDMA, DBCC,
Spatial reuse, TWT and BSS coloring; now some of them aren't implemented
though.
The chip architecture is entirely different from the chips supported by
rtw88 like RTL8822CE 802.11ac chip. First of all, register address ranges
are totally redefined, so it's impossible to reuse register definition. To
communicate with firmware, new H2C/C2H format is proposed. In order to have
better utilization, TX DMA flow is changed to two stages DMA. To provide
rich RX status information, additional RX PPDU packets are added.
Since there are so many differences mentioned above, we decide to propose
a new driver. It has many authors, they are listed in alphabetic order:
