2024-10-02move asm/unaligned.h to linux/unaligned.hAl Viro
asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h; might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header. auto-generated by the following: for i in `git grep -l -w asm/unaligned.h`; do sed -i -e "s/asm\/unaligned.h/linux\/unaligned.h/" $i done for i in `git grep -l -w asm-generic/unaligned.h`; do sed -i -e "s/asm-generic\/unaligned.h/linux\/unaligned.h/" $i done git mv include/asm-generic/unaligned.h include/linux/unaligned.h git mv tools/include/asm-generic/unaligned.h tools/include/linux/unaligned.h sed -i -e "/unaligned.h/d" include/asm-generic/Kbuild sed -i -e "s/__ASM_GENERIC/__LINUX/" include/linux/unaligned.h tools/include/linux/unaligned.h
2024-04-01power: supply: cros_pchg: provide ID table for avoiding fallback matchTzung-Bi Shih
Instead of using fallback driver name match, provide ID table[1] for the primary match. 2023-05-08power: supply: cros_pchg: Sync port status on resumeDaisuke Nojiri
When a stylus is removed (or attached) during suspend, the device detach (or attach) events can be lost. This patch makes the peripheral device charge driver retrieve the latest status from the EC on resume. 2022-06-09power: supply: cros_peripheral: Use struct_size() helper in kzalloc()Xiaohui Zhang
Similar to the handling of cros_usbpd_charger_ec_command in commit 441d38c60fbe ("power: supply: cros_usbpd: Use struct_size() helper in kzalloc()"), we thought a patch might be needed here as well. Make use of the struct_size() helper instead of an open-coded version, in order to avoid any potential type mistakes or integer overflows that, in the worst scenario, could lead to heap overflows. 2022-02-13power: supply: PCHG: Use MKBP for device event handlingDaisuke Nojiri
This change makes the PCHG driver receive device events through MKBP protocol since CrOS EC switched to deliver all peripheral charge events to the MKBP protocol. This will unify PCHG event handling on X86 and ARM. Signed-off-by: Daisuke Nojiri <dnojiri@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sebastian.reichel@collabora.com>
2021-07-16power: supply: PCHG: Peripheral device chargerDaisuke Nojiri
This patch adds a driver for PCHG (Peripheral CHarGer). PCHG is a framework managing power supplies for peripheral devices. This driver creates a sysfs node for each peripheral charge port: /sys/class/power_supply/peripheral<n> where <n> is the index of a charge port. For example, when a stylus is connected to a NFC/WLC port, the node returns: /sys/class/power_supply/peripheral0/ capacity=50 charge_type=Standard scope=Device status=Charging type=Battery Signed-off-by: Daisuke Nojiri <dnojiri@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sebastian.reichel@collabora.com>
