The declaration of aiu_fifo_hw_free() has been removed since
commit e05cde84eabc ("ASoC: meson: Use managed DMA buffer allocation").
Let's remove the unused declaration.

Static 'struct snd_pcm_hardware' is not modified by the driver and its
copy is passed to the core, so it can be made const for increased code
safety.
