Insert raw strings to prevent Python3 from interpreting string literals
as Unicode strings and "\d" as invalid escaped sequence.
Fix the warnings:

Move the ksft python module, which provides generic helpers for
kselftests, to a common directory so it can be more easily shared
between different tests.
