scsi: ufs: host: mediatek: Simplify boolean conversion
Simplify the conversion from unsigned int to boolean by removing explicit conversions and parentheses, relying on implicit conversion instead. This change ensures consistency with other usages in ufs-mediatek.c and streamlines the code.
