MAINTAINERS: Add entry on Loongson-2K IPMI driver
When merging the Loongson-2K BMC driver, temporarily removed the
addition of the IPMI driver entry in MAINTAINERS to avoid conflicts.
This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
Now, adding myself as maintainer for the Loongson-2K IPMI driver.
