Pull smb server updates from Steve French:
- Fix mtime/ctime reporting issue
- Auth fixes, including two session setup race bugs reported by ZDI
- Locking improvement in query directory
- Fix for potential deadlock in creating hardlinks
- Improvements to path name processing
