tools/power turbostat: Add LLC stats
LLCkRPS = Last Level Cache Thousands of References Per Second
LLC%hit = Last Level Cache Hit %
These columns are enabled by-default.
They can be controlled with the --show/--hide options
by individual column names above,
or together using the "llc" or "cache" groups.
