devm_ioremap() returns NULL on error. Currently, mt7996_mmio_wed_init()
does not check for this case, which results in a NULL pointer
dereference.
Prevent null pointer dereference in mt7996_mmio_wed_init()

The chipset name (i.e., brand name) used by the driver may cause confusion
with the PCI device ID when adding support for new chipsets.
| Chipset name | PCI device id |
|--------------|----------------|
| 7996 | 0x7990, 0x7991 |
| 7992 | 0x7992, 0x799a |
| 7990 | 0x7993, 0x799b |
To prevent confusion, replace the code that directly uses the device ID
with macros. This is a preliminary patch to support mt7990 chipset.

Bypass the entry when ofs is equal to dev->reg.map[i].size.
Without this patch, it would get incorrect register mapping when the CR
address is located at the boundary of an entry.

The driver first supports Filogic 680 PCI device, which is a Wi-Fi 7
chipset supporting concurrent tri-band operation at 6 GHz, 5 GHz, and
2.4 GHz with 4x4 antennas on each band.
Currently, mt7996 only supports tri-band HE or older mode.
EHT mode and more variants of Filogic 680 support will be introduced
in further patches.
