The helpers are now:
- bch2_opt_hook_pre_set()
- bch2_opts_hooks_pre_set()
- bch2_opt_hook_post_set
Fix a bug where the filesystem discard option would incorrectly be
changed when setting the device option, and don't trigger rebalance
scans unnecessarily (when options aren't changing).

Device options now use the common code for sysfs, and can superblock
fields (in a struct bch_member).
This replaces BCH_DEV_OPT_SETTERS(), which was weird and easy to miss.

Add a new parameter to bkey validate functions, and use it to improve
invalid bkey error messages: we can now print the btree and depth it
came from, or if it came from the journal, or is a btree root.

Previously, BCHFS_IOC_REINHERIT_ATTRS didn't trigger rebalance scans
when changing rebalance options - it had been missed, only the xattr
interface triggered them.
Ideally they'd be done by the transactional trigger, but unpacking the
inode to get the options is too heavy to be done in the low level
trigger - the inode trigger is run on every extent update, since the
bch_inode.bi_journal_seq has to be updated for fsync.
bch2_write_inode() is a good compromise, it already unpacks and repacks
and is not run in any super-fast paths.
Additionally, creating the new rebalance entry to trigger the scan is
now done in the same transaction as the inode update that changed the
options.

A series posted previously moved all of the `struct xattr_handler`
tables to .rodata for each filesystem [1].
However, this appears to have been done shortly before bcachefs was
merged, so bcachefs was missed at that time.

Using commit_do() to call alloc_sectors_start_trans() breaks when we're
randomly injecting transaction restarts - the restart in the commit
causes us to leak the lock that alloc_sectorS_start_trans() takes.

Remove struct nop_posix_acl_{access,default} for bcachefs filesystem
that don't depend on the xattr handler in their inode->i_op->listxattr()
method in any way. There's nothing more to do than to simply remove the
handler. It's been effectively unused ever since we introduced the new
posix acl api. See [1] for details.

bcachefs_effective.* xattrs show the options inherited from parent
directories (as well as explicitly set); this namespace is not for
setting bcachefs options.
Change the .set() handler to a noop so that if e.g. rsync is copying
xattrs it'll do the right thing, and only copy xattrs in the bcachefs.*
namespace. We don't want to return an error, because that will cause
rsync to bail out or get spammy.

bkey_fsck_err() was added as an interface that looks like fsck_err(),
but previously all it did was ensure that the appropriate error counter
was incremented in the superblock.
This is a cleanup and bugfix patch that converts it to a wrapper around
fsck_err(). This is needed to fix an issue with the upgrade path to
disk_accounting_v3, where the "silent fix" error list now includes
bkey_fsck errors; fsck_err() handles this in a unified way, and since we
need to change printing of bkey fsck errors from the caller to the inner
bkey_fsck_err() calls, this ends up being a pretty big change.
Als,, rename .invalid() methods to .validate(), for clarity, while we're
changing the function signature anyways (to drop the printbuf argument).

Combine iter/update/trigger/str_hash flags into a single enum, and
x-macroize them for a to_text() function later.
These flags are all for a specific iter/key/update context, so it makes
sense to group them together - iter/update/trigger flags were already
given distinct bits, this cleans up and unifies that handling.

The "apply this compression method in the background" paths now use the
compression option if background_compression is not set; this means that
setting or changing the compression option will cause existing data to
be compressed accordingly in the background.

Add checks to all the VFS paths for "are we in a RO snapshot?".
Note - we don't check this when setting inode options via our xattr
interface, since those generally only affect data placement, not
contents of data.

This patch adds a superblock error counter for every distinct fsck
error; this means that when analyzing filesystems out in the wild we'll
be able to see what sorts of inconsistencies are being found and repair,
and hence what bugs to look for.
Errors validating bkeys are not yet considered distinct fsck errors, but
this patch adds a new helper, bkey_fsck_err(), in order to add distinct
error types for them as well.

This adds a new btree, rebalance_work, to eliminate scanning required
for finding extents that need work done on them in the background - i.e.
for the background_target and background_compression options.
rebalance_work is a bitset btree, where a KEY_TYPE_set corresponds to an
extent in the extents or reflink btree at the same pos.
A new extent field is added, bch_extent_rebalance, which indicates that
this extent has work that needs to be done in the background - and which
options to use. This allows per-inode options to be propagated to
indirect extents - at least in some circumstances. In this patch,
changing IO options on a file will not propagate the new options to
indirect extents pointed to by that file.
Updating (setting/clearing) the rebalance_work btree is done by the
extent trigger, which looks at the bch_extent_rebalance field.
Scanning is still requrired after changing IO path options - either just
for a given inode, or for the whole filesystem. We indicate that
scanning is required by adding a KEY_TYPE_cookie key to the
rebalance_work btree: the cookie counter is so that we can detect that
scanning is still required when an option has been flipped mid-way
through an existing scan.
Future possible work:
- Propagate options to indirect extents when being changed
- Add other IO path options - nr_replicas, ec, to rebalance_work so
they can be applied in the background when they change
- Add a counter, for bcachefs fs usage output, showing the pending
amount of rebalance work: we'll probably want to do this after the
disk space accounting rewrite (moving it to a new btree)

We're using more stack than we'd like in a number of functions, and
btree_trans is the biggest object that we stack allocate.
But we have to do a heap allocatation to initialize it anyways, so
there's no real downside to heap allocating the entire thing.

As part of the forward compatibility patch series, we need to allow for
new key types without complaining loudly when running an old version.
This patch changes the flags parameter of bkey_invalid to an enum, and
adds a new flag to indicate we're being called from the transaction
commit path.

This adds a new field to bkey_ops for the minimum size of the value,
which standardizes that check and also enforces the new rule (previously
done somewhat ad-hoc) that we can extend value types by adding new
fields on to the end.
To make that work we do _not_ initialize min_val_size with sizeof,
instead we initialize it to the size of the first version of those
values.

It turns out the *_defined entries of bch_io_opts are only used in one
place - in the xattr get path - and there we immediately convert to a
bch_opts struct, which also has the *_defined entries.
This patch changes bch2_inode_opts_to_opts() to go directly from
bch_inode_unpacked to bch_opts, which is a minor simplification and will
also let us slim down struct bch_io_opts in another patch.

The next patch is going to be adding private error codes for all the
places we return -ENOSPC.
Additionally, this patch updates return paths at all module boundaries

This adds a new parameter to .key_invalid() methods for whether the key
is being read or written; the idea being that methods can do more
aggressive checks when a key is newly created and being written, when we
wouldn't want to delete the key because of those checks.

In BTREE_ITER_FILTER_SNAPHOTS mode, we skip over keys in unrelated
snapshots. When we hit the end of an inode, if the next inode(s) are in
a different subvolume, we could potentially have to skip past many keys
before finding a key we can return to the caller, so they can terminate
the iteration.
This adds a peek_upto() variant to solve this problem, to be used when
we know the range we're searching within.

This patch changes printbufs dynamically allocate and reallocate a
buffer as needed. Stack usage has become a bit of a problem, and a major
cause of that has been static size string buffers on the stack.
The most involved part of this refactoring is that printbufs must now be
exited with printbuf_exit().

This adds flags for options that must be a power of two (block size and
btree node size), and options that are stored in the superblock as a
power of two (encoded extent max).
Also: options are now stored in memory in the same units they're
displayed in (bytes): we now convert when getting and setting from the
superblock.
