Add definitions for the Q6 BIMC, LPASS core and adsp smmu clocks,
required to enable audio functionality on MSM8998.
Add the GDSC definitions for the LPASS_ADSP_GDSC and LPASS_CORE_GDSC
as a final step to enable the required clock tree for the lpass iommu
and for the audio dsp itself.

GPLL0 has two separate outputs to both GPUSS and MMSS: one that's
2-divided and one that runs at the same rate as the GPLL0 itself.
Add the missing ones to the binding.

We need to control five additional clocks and a reset inorder to boot the
modem on msm8998. If we can boot the modem, we have a place to run the
wlan firmware and get wifi up and running.

Add clkref clocks for usb3, hdmi, ufs, pcie, and usb2. They are all
sourced off CXO_IN, so parent them off "xo" until a proper link to the
rpmcc can be described in DT.
