The use of of_property_read_bool() for non-boolean properties is
deprecated in favor of of_property_present() when testing for property
presence.

of_gpio.h is deprecated and subject to remove. The drivers in question
don't use it, simply remove the unused header.

In order to support register and unregister rpmsg sound card through
remoteproc platform device for card to probe is registered in
imx-audio-rpmsg. ASoC machine driver no longer can get DT node of ASoC
CPU DAI device through parent device.
ASoC machine driver can get DT node of ASoC CPU DAI device with rpmsg
channel name acquired from platform specific data.

Low power audio mode requires binding codec still power on while Acore
enters into suspend so Mcore can continue playback music.
ASoC machine driver acquires DAPM endpoints through reading
"ignore-suspend-widgets" property from DT and then forces the path
between these endpoints ignoring suspend.
If the rpmsg sound card is in low power audio mode, the suspend/resume
callback of binding codec is overridden to disable the suspend/resume.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

i.MX rpmsg sound cards work on codec slave mode. MCLK will be disabled
by CPU DAI driver in hw_free(). Some codec requires MCLK present at
power up/down sequence. So need to set ignore_pmdown_time to power down
codec immediately before MCLK is turned off.
Take WM8962 as an example, if MCLK is disabled before DAPM power down
playback stream, FIFO error will arise in WM8962 which will have bad
impact on playback next.

Current ASoC has snd_soc_{of_}get_dai_name() to get DAI name
for dlc (snd_soc_dai_link_component).
But we now can use snd_soc_{of_}get_dlc() for it. Let's use it.

driver can parse "fsl,rpmsg-channel-name" property to figure out which
ASoC platform driver it should link with.

mode, otherwise it may not work properly with some case.
wm8960 is the one that need sysclk be configured, so add
late_probe() to call the snd_soc_dai_set_sysclk() of codec

cpu dai driver, it is registered by the rpmsg channel,
So add a dedicated machine driver to handle this case.
