tclock_gettime() is a wrapper around clock_gettime().
The first parameter of clock_gettime() is of type "clockid_t",
not "clock_t".
Use the correct type instead.

The TAP specification requires that the output begins with a header line.
These headers lines are missing in the timens tests.
Print such a line.

When building with clang, via:
make LLVM=1 -C tools/testing/selftests
...clang warns about mismatches between the expected and required
integer length being supplied to abs(3).
Fix this by using the correct variant of abs(3): labs(3) or llabs(3), in
these cases.

This can happen if a testing node doesn't have RTC (real time clock)
hardware or it doesn't support alarms.

Check that timerfd_create() takes into account clock offsets.
Output on success:

ok 1 clockid=7
ok 2 clockid=1
ok 3 clockid=9
# Pass 3 Fail 0 Xfail 0 Xpass 0 Skip 0 Error 0
Output on failure:

Bail out!
Output with lack of permissions:
