kbuild,gcov: remove unnecessary workaround
Since commit 371fdc77af44 (kbuild: collect shorthands into scripts/Kbuild.include), scripts/Makefile.clean includes scripts/Kbuild.include. The workaround and the comment block in kernel/gcov/Makefile are no longer necessary.
