arm64: dts: add device tree for Traverse Ten64 (LS1088A)
The Traverse Technologies Ten64 is a Mini-ITX form factor networking board using the NXP LS1088A SoC. This device tree only describes features which the mainline kernel currently has support for, such as some I2C-connected devices that are not described at present.
