arm64: dts: ti: k3-am642-phyboard-electra-rdk: Increase CAN max bitrate
The phyBOARD-Electra has two TCAN1044VDD CAN transceivers which
support CAN FD at 8 Mbps.
Increase the maximum bitrate to 8 Mbps.
