Merge tag 'scsi-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jejb/scsi
Pull SCSI fixes from James Bottomley: "23 fixes in 5 drivers (qla2xxx, ufs, scsi_debug, fcoe, zfcp).
