perf vendor events intel: Add rocketlake events/metrics
Add RocketLake events added to Intel perfmon in:
https://github.com/intel/perfmon/commit/f5f47dc938d81d5cc491cf8ac1f90bee18e238cf
mapfile.csv is updated accordingly with the CPUID matching one
previously associated with icelake.
