Consolidate and move the 'secondary-boot-reg' property from the 3
existing binding documents into the main cpus.yaml documentation, also
make sure that the property is enforced when relevant.

The arm,idle-state DT bindings recently got converted to the json-schema,
but some links are still pointing to the old, non-existing, txt file. Let's
update the links to fix this.

Update PSCI DT bindings to allow to represent idle states for CPUs and the
CPU topology, by using a hierarchical layout. Primarily this is done by
re-using the existing DT bindings for PM domains [1] and for PM domain idle
states [2].
Let's also add an example into the document for the PSCI DT bindings, to
clearly show the new hierarchical based layout. The currently supported
flattened layout, is already described in the ARM idle states bindings [3],
so let's leave that as is.

Matching on the 'cpus' node was a bad choice because the schema is
incorrectly applied to non-Arm cpus nodes. As we now have a common cpus
schema which checks the general structure, it is also redundant to do so
in the Arm CPU schema.
The downside is one could conceivably mix different architecture's cpu
nodes or have typos in the compatible string. The latter problem pretty
much exists for every schema.

A node is always an object (aka a dictionary), so make that explicit for
child node schemas.
A meta-schema update will enforce having 'type' specified.

Commit fd73403a4862 ("dt-bindings: arm: Add SMP enable-method for
Milbeaut") added support for a new cpu enable-method, but did so using
tabulations to ident. This is however invalid in the syntax, and resulted
in a failure when trying to use that schemas for validation.
Use spaces instead of tabs to indent to fix this.
