The .data.rel.ro.local section has the same semantics as .data.rel.ro
here, so include it in the .rodata section of the decompressor.
Additionally since the .printk_index section isn't usable outside of
the core kernel, discard it in the decompressor. Avoids these warnings:
arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: warning: orphan section `.data.rel.ro.local' from `arch/arm/boot/compressed/fdt_rw.o' being placed in section `.data.rel.ro.local'
arm-linux-gnueabi-ld: warning: orphan section `.printk_index' from `arch/arm/boot/compressed/fdt_rw.o' being placed in section `.printk_index'

We will be running the decompressor in place after a future patch,
instead of copying it around first. This means we no longer have to
disable and re-enable the MMU and caches either. However, this means
we will be loaded with the restricted permissions set by the UEFI
firmware, which means that we have to move the GOT table into the
data section in order for the contents to be writable by the code
itself.

The linker can sometimes add additional sections to the zImage ELF file
which results in the zImage binary being larger than expected. This
causes appended DT blobs to fail.
Verify that the zImage binary is the expected size, and fail the build
if this is not the case.
We need to include the .data.rel.ro section in the image as the RiscPC
build includes font data that contains a small amount of data in this
section.

To prevent unintended modifications to the kernel text (malicious or
otherwise) while running the EFI stub, describe the kernel image as
two separate sections: a .text section with read-execute permissions,
covering .text, .rodata, .piggytext and the GOT sections (which the
stub does not care about anyway), and a .data section with read-write
permissions, covering .data and .bss.
This relies on the firmware to actually take the section permission
flags into account, but this is something that is currently being
implemented in EDK2, which means we will likely start seeing it in
the wild between one and two years from now.

This patch adds EFI stub support for the ARM Linux kernel.
The EFI stub operates similarly to the x86 and arm64 stubs: it is a
shim between the EFI firmware and the normal zImage entry point, and
sets up the environment that the zImage is expecting. This includes
optionally loading the initrd and device tree from the system partition
based on the kernel command line.

edit constants in this file, and then pass the resulting file through
the C preprocessor. Instead, rely solely on the C preprocessor to
