The variable plane_fmt is being initialized with a value that is never
read, it is being re-assigned a new value on each iteration of a for
loop. The initialization is redundant and can be removed.

MediaTek IOMMU has already added device_link between the consumer
and smi-larb device. If the jpg device calls the pm_runtime_get_sync,
the smi-larb's pm_runtime_get_sync also be called automatically.
After removing the larb_get operations, then mtk_jpeg_clk_init is
also unnecessary. Remove it too.

added pm_runtime_resume_and_get() in order to automatically handle
dev->power.usage_count decrement on errors.

mtk_jpeg_remove()
if mtk_jpeg_clk_init() succeed, mtk_jpeg_probe() and mtk_jpeg_remove()
doesn't have a corresponding put_device(). Thus add a new helper
mtk_jpeg_clk_release() to fix it.

if of_find_device_by_node() succeeds, mtk_jpeg_clk_init() doesn't have
a corresponding put_device(). Thus add put_device() to fix the exception
handling for this function implementation.

Jpeg doesn't support colorspace conversion, so it shouldn't accept any
other colorspace in S_FMT.
Change the colorspace of jpeg to the fixed value.

Delete the unused ctx parameter.
Using mtk_jpeg_formats and num_formats parameters is more generic,
because that jpeg enc will also use it.
Delete the macro definition of MTK_JPEG_FMT_TYPE_OUTPUT and
MTK_JPEG_FMT_TYPE_CAPTURE, because that MTK_JPEG_FMT_FLAG_DEC_OUTPUT
and MTK_JPEG_FMT_FLAG_DEC_CAPTURE are enough.

The function of mtk_jpeg_adjust_fmt_mplane() equals
mtk_jpeg_g_fmt_vid_mplane(), so use mtk_jpeg_g_fmt_vid_mplane() to
replace it .
Delete the unused ctx parameter.
Using fourcc to distinguish between different formats is more generic,
because that jpeg enc will also use it.

There is a delayed work scheduled before starting the hardware and
canceled in the interrupt handler. If the delayed work is executed, it
resets the hardware and reports the failure to V4L2, so that the
execution can continue from next frames.

Add v4l2_m2m_suspend() function call in mtk_jpeg_suspend() to make sure
that the current frame is processed completely before suspend.
Add v4l2_m2m_resume() function call in mtk_jpeg_resume() to unblock the
driver from scheduling next frame.

The driver can be instantiated multiple times, e.g. for a decoder and
an encoder. Moreover, other drivers could coexist on the same system.
This makes the static video node number assignment pointless, so switch
to automatic assignment instead.

It's all too easy to get confused by the V4L2_TYPE_IS_OUTPUT
macro, when it's used as !V4L2_TYPE_IS_OUTPUT.
Reduce the risk of confusion with macro to explicitly
check for the CAPTURE queue type case.
This change does not affect functionality, and it's
only intended to make the code more readable.

Support for multiplanar and singleplanar formats is mutually exclusive,
at least in practice. In our attempt to unify support for support for
mplane and !mplane in v4l, let's get rid of the
->vidioc_enum_fmt_{vid,out}_cap_mplane() hooks and call
->vidioc_enum_fmt_{vid,out}_cap() instead.

Fix the assigned type of mem2mem buffer handling API.
Namely, these functions:
v4l2_m2m_next_buf
v4l2_m2m_last_buf
v4l2_m2m_buf_remove
v4l2_m2m_next_src_buf
v4l2_m2m_next_dst_buf
v4l2_m2m_last_src_buf
v4l2_m2m_last_dst_buf
v4l2_m2m_src_buf_remove
v4l2_m2m_dst_buf_remove
return a struct vb2_v4l2_buffer, and not a struct vb2_buffer.
Fixing this is necessary to fix the mem2mem buffer handling API,
changing the return to the correct struct vb2_v4l2_buffer instead
of a void pointer.

Implementing job_abort() does not make sense on some drivers.
This is not a problem, as the abort is not required to
wait for the job to finish. Quite the opposite, drivers
are encouraged not to wait.
Demote v4l2_m2m_ops.job_abort from required to optional, and
clean all drivers with dummy implementations.

Rather than adding more error-prone #ifdefs around those, this patch
removes the existing #ifdef checks and marks the PM functions as __maybe_unused

The symptom is continuous log "mtk-jpeg 18004000.jpegdec: Context is NULL"
in kernel log. It is because the error handling in irq doesn't clear
interrupt.
The calling flow like as below when issue happen
mtk_jpeg_device_run()
mtk_jpeg_job_abort()
v4l2_m2m_job_finish() -> m2m_dev->curr_ctx = NULL;
mtk_jpeg_dec_irq()
v4l2_m2m_get_curr_priv()
-> m2m_dev->curr_ctx == NULL
-> return NULL
log "Context is NULL"
There is race condition between job_abort() and irq. In order to simplify
code, don't want to add extra flag to maintain state, empty job_abort() and
clear interrupt before v4l2_m2m_get_curr_priv() in irq.
