2023-07-19power: Explicitly include correct DT includesRob Herring
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. 2023-04-13power: reset: keystone-reset: remove MODULE_LICENSE in non-modulesNick Alcock
Since commit 8b41fc4454e ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message. So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as modules. This patch adds missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE definition which generates correct modalias for automatic loading of this driver when it is built as an external module. Signed-off-by: Yu Jiahua <yujiahua1@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Sebastian Reichel <sebastian.reichel@collabora.com>
2020-07-26power: reset: keystone-reset: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS onesAlexander A. Klimov
Rationale: Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate. Deterministic algorithm: For each file: If not .svg: For each line: If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`: For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`: If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`: If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions return 200 OK and serve the same content: Replace HTTP with HTTPS. Register with kernel restart handler instead of setting arm_pm_restart directly. Move notifier registration to the end of the probe function to avoid having to implement error handling. 2014-05-27power: reset: keystone-reset: introduce keystone reset driverIvan Khoronzhuk
The keystone SoC can be rebooted in several ways. By external reset pin, by soft and by watchdogs. To allow keystone SoC reset if watchdog is triggered we have to enable it in reset mux configuration register regarding of watchdog configuration. Also we need to set soft/hard reset we are going to use. So add keystone reset driver to handle all this stuff.
