The atomisp driver has a long list of todo items and little has been done
to address these lately while more has been added. The driver is also not
functional. In other words, the driver would not be getting out of staging
in the foreseeable future. At the same time it consumes developer
resources in order to maintain the flaky code base. Remove it.

IA_CSS_ERROR shows the ddr_buffer_addr as a decimal value with a '0x'
prefix, which is somewhat misleading.
Let's fix it to print hexadecimal, as was intended.

On smatch, this warning is trigged:
drivers/staging/media/atomisp/pci/atomisp2/hmm/hmm_bo.c:324 __bo_take_off_handling() error: we previously assumed 'bo->prev' could be null (see line 314)
Because it can't properly analize the truth table for the above
function. So, add an explicit check for the final condition there.

drivers/staging/media/atomisp/pci/atomisp2/atomisp_compat_ioctl32.c:819:60: warning: dereference of noderef expression
It tries to access userspace data directly, without calling
get_user(). That should generate OOPS. Thankfully, the right
logic is already there (although commented out).

it makes no sense to use strncmp() with a size with is
bigger than the string we're comparing with.

There's a check at ia_css_vf_configure() to verify if
binary is not null. However, this is called too late:
drivers/staging/media/atomisp/pci/atomisp2/css2400/isp/kernels/vf/vf_1.0/ia_css_vf.host.c:133 ia_css_vf_configure() warn: variable dereferenced before check 'binary' (see line 129)
This test is wrong, as this fuction is only called by
ia_css_binary_fill_info(), in a place that already assumes that
binary is not null, and checks with:
assert(binary != NULL);
So, remove the useless broken extra check.

designated initializers
The CSS API uses a lot of nested anonymous structs defined in object
macros to assign default values to its data-structures. These have been
changed to use compound-literals and designated initializers to make
them more comprehensible and less fragile.
The compound-literals can also be used in assignment, which means we can
get rid of some temporary variables whose only purpose is to be
initialized by one of these anonymous structs and then serve as the
rvalue in an assignment expression.
A lot of the members of the default struct values used by the CSS API
were explicitly initialized to zero values. Designated initializers
have allowed these members, and in some case whole default struct
values, to be removed.

This is the mindless scripted replacement of kernel use of POLL*
variables as described by Al, done by this script:
for V in IN OUT PRI ERR RDNORM RDBAND WRNORM WRBAND HUP RDHUP NVAL MSG; do
L=`git grep -l -w POLL$V | grep -v '^t' | grep -v /um/ | grep -v '^sa' | grep -v '/poll.h$'|grep -v '^D'`
for f in $L; do sed -i "-es/^\([^\"]*\)\(\<POLL$V\>\)/\\1E\\2/" $f; done
done
with de-mangling cleanups yet to come.
NOTE! On almost all architectures, the EPOLL* constants have the same
values as the POLL* constants do. But they keyword here is "almost".
For various bad reasons they aren't the same, and epoll() doesn't
actually work quite correctly in some cases due to this on Sparc et al.
The next patch from Al will sort out the final differences, and we
should be all done.

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/viro/vfs
Pull poll annotations from Al Viro:
"This introduces a __bitwise type for POLL### bitmap, and propagates
the annotations through the tree. Most of that stuff is as simple as
'make ->poll() instances return __poll_t and do the same to local
variables used to hold the future return value'.
Some of the obvious brainos found in process are fixed (e.g. POLLIN
misspelled as POLL_IN). At that point the amount of sparse warnings is
low and most of them are for genuine bugs - e.g. ->poll() instance
deciding to return -EINVAL instead of a bitmap. I hadn't touched those
in this series - it's large enough as it is.
Another problem it has caught was eventpoll() ABI mess; select.c and
eventpoll.c assumed that corresponding POLL### and EPOLL### were
equal. That's true for some, but not all of them - EPOLL### are
arch-independent, but POLL### are not.
The last commit in this series separates userland POLL### values from
the (now arch-independent) kernel-side ones, converting between them
in the few places where they are copied to/from userland. AFAICS, this
is the least disruptive fix preserving poll(2) ABI and making epoll()
work on all architectures.
As it is, it's simply broken on sparc - try to give it EPOLLWRNORM and
it will trigger only on what would've triggered EPOLLWRBAND on other
architectures. EPOLLWRBAND and EPOLLRDHUP, OTOH, are never triggered
at all on sparc. With this patch they should work consistently on all
architectures"
