Not all registers in PMU_ALIVE block support atomic set/clear operations.
GS101_SYSIP_DAT0 and GS101_SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION registers are two regs
where attempting atomic access fails.
As documentation on exactly which registers support atomic operations is
not forthcoming. We default to atomic access, unless the register is
explicitly added to the tensor_is_atomic() function. Update the comment
to reflect this as well.

Add support for the Exynos USB 3.1 DRD combo phy, as found in Exynos 9
SoCs like Google GS101. It supports USB SS, HS and DisplayPort.
In terms of UTMI+, this is very similar to the existing Exynos850
support in this driver. The difference is that this combo phy supports
both UTMI+ (HS) and PIPE3 (SS). It also supports DP alt mode.
The number of ports for UTMI+ and PIPE3 can be determined using the
LINKPORT register (which also exists on Exynos E850).
For SuperSpeed (SS) a new SS phy is in use and its PIPE3 interface is
new compared to Exynos E850, and also very different from the existing
support for older Exynos SoCs in this driver.
The SS phy needs a bit more configuration work and register tuning for
signal quality to work reliably, presumably due to the higher
frequency, e.g. to account for different board layouts. Additionally,
power needs to be enabled before writing to the SS phy registers.
This commit adds the necessary changes for USB HS and SS to work.
DisplayPort is out of scope in this commit.
Notes:
* For the register tuning, exynos5_usbdrd_apply_phy_tunes() has been
added with the appropriate data structures to support tuning at
various stages during initialisation. Since these are hardware
specific, the platform data is supposed to be populated accordingly.
The implementation is loosely modelled after the Samsung UFS PHY
driver.
There is one tuning state for UTMI+, PTS_UTMI_POSTINIT, to execute
after init and generally intended for HS signal tuning, as done in
this commit.
PTS_PIPE3_PREINIT PTS_PIPE3_INIT PTS_PIPE3_POSTINIT
PTS_PIPE3_POSTLOCK are tuning states for PIPE3. In the downstream
driver, preinit differs by Exynos SoC, and postinit and postlock
are different per board. The latter haven't been implemented for
gs101 here, because downstream doesn't use them on gs101 either.
* Signal lock acquisition for SS depends on the orientation of the
USB-C plug. Since there currently is no infrastructure to chain
connector events to both the USB DWC3 driver and this phy driver, a
work-around has been added in
exynos5_usbdrd_usbdp_g2_v4_pma_check_cdr_lock() to check both
registers if it failed in one of the orientations.
* Equally, we can only establish SS speed in one of the connector
orientations due to programming differences when selecting the lane
mux in exynos5_usbdrd_usbdp_g2_v4_pma_lane_mux_sel(), which really
needs to be dynamic, based on the orientation of the connector.
* As is, we can establish a HS link using any cable, and an SS link in
one orientation of the plug, falling back to HS if the orientation is
reversed to the expectation.

Some Exynos based SoCs like Tensor gs101 protect the PMU registers for
security hardening reasons so that they are only write accessible in el3
via an SMC call.
As most Exynos drivers that need to write PMU registers currently obtain a
regmap via syscon (phys, pinctrl, watchdog). Support for the above usecase
is implemented in this driver using a custom regmap similar to syscon to
handle the SMC call. Platforms that don't secure PMU registers, get a mmio
regmap like before. As regmaps abstract out the underlying register access
changes to the leaf drivers are minimal.
A new API exynos_get_pmu_regmap_by_phandle() is provided for leaf drivers
that currently use syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle(). This also handles
deferred probing.

The s3c-cpu-freq header was previously included by:

Commit a4946a153cb9 ("ARM: s3c: remove all s3c24xx support") removes the
files in ./arch/arm/mach-s3c/; commit daf0ee583fc7 ("cpufreq: remove
s3c24xx drivers") removes the file s3c-cpufreq-core.h.
Remove this obsolete header file.
This issue was identified, as s3c-cpu-freq.h referred to the removed config
ARM_S3C_CPUFREQ.

A number of device drivers reference CONFIG_ARM_S3C24XX_CPUFREQ or
similar symbols that are no longer available with the platform gone,
though the drivers themselves are still used on newer platforms,
so remove these hacks.

Old Exynos SoCs have both Product ID and Revision ID in one single
register, while new SoCs tend to have two separate registers for those
IDs. Implement handling of both cases by passing Revision ID register
offsets in driver data.
Previously existing macros for Exynos4210 (removed in this patch) were
incorrect:

Rather than have the cpufreq drivers touch include the
common headers to get the constants, add a small indirection.
This is still not the proper way that would do this through
the common clk API, but it lets us kill off the header file
usage.

There are two identical copies of the s3c2412_cpufreq_setrefresh
function: a static one in the cpufreq driver and a global
version in iotiming-s3c2412.c.
As the function requires the use of a hardcoded register address
from a header that we want to not be visible to drivers, just
move the existing global function and add a declaration in
one of the cpufreq header files.

The cpufreq drivers are split between the machine directory
and the drivers/cpufreq directory. In order to share header
files after we convert s3c to multiplatform, those headers
have to live in a different global location.
Move them to linux/soc/samsung/ in lack of a better place.

There are multiple drivers using the private adc interface.
It seems unlikely that they would ever get converted to iio,
so make the current state official by making the header file
global.
The s3c2410_ts driver needs a couple of register definitions
as well.

Fix up inconsistent usage of upper and lowercase letters in "Samsung"
and "Exynos" names.
"SAMSUNG" and "EXYNOS" are not abbreviations but regular trademarked
names. Therefore they should be written with lowercase letters starting
with capital letter.
The lowercase "Exynos" name is promoted by its manufacturer Samsung
Electronics Co., Ltd., in advertisement materials and on website.
Although advertisement materials usually use uppercase "SAMSUNG", the
lowercase version is used in all legal aspects (e.g. on Wikipedia and in
privacy/legal statements on
https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/privacy-global/).

The pinctrl driver defines an IRQ chip which handles external wakeup
interrupts, therefore from logical point of view, it is the owner of
external interrupt mask. The register controlling the mask belongs to
Power Management Unit address space so it has to be accessed with PMU
syscon regmap handle.
This mask should be written to hardware during system suspend. Till now
ARMv7 machine code was responsible for this which created a dependency
between pin controller driver and arch/arm/mach code.
Try to rework this dependency so the pinctrl driver will write external
wakeup interrupt mask during late suspend.
Impact on ARMv7 designs (S5Pv210 and Exynos)
============================================
This duplicates setting mask with existing machine code
arch/arm/mach-exynos/suspend.c and arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/pm.c but it is
not a problem - the wakeup mask register will be written twice. The
machine code will be cleaned up later.
The difference between implementation here and ARMv7 machine code
(arch/arm/mach-*) is the time of writing the mask:
1. The machine code is writing the mask quite late during system suspend
path, after offlining secondary CPUs and just before doing actual
suspend.
2. The implementation in pinctrl driver uses late suspend ops, therefore it
will write the mask much earlier. Hopefully late enough, after all
drivers will enable or disable their interrupt wakeups
(enable_irq_wake() etc).
Impact on ARMv8 designs (Exynos5433 and Exynos7)
================================================
The Suspend to RAM was not supported and external wakeup interrupt mask
was not written to HW. This change brings us one step closer to
supporting Suspend to RAM.

There is no need for separate defines for Exynos4 and Exynos5 phy enable
bit and MIPI phy reset bits. In both cases there are the same so
simplify it.
This reduces number of defines and allows removal of one header file.

The exynos-regs-pmu.h was never a complete list of PMU registers. It
contained a lot of holes for registers which were not used. However, a
lot of unused defines came along with porting the code from vendor
kernel. Few of defines were also duplicated.
Remove them so the file will be slightly smaller.

PMU is something like a SoC wide service, so add a helper function to get
PMU regmap. This will be used by other Exynos device drivers. This way it
can be avoided to model this dependency in device tree (as phandles to PMU
node) for almost every device in the SoC.
