vmcoreinfo: Remove documentation of PG_slab and PG_hugetlb
The changes to kernel/vmcore_info.c were sadly not reflected in the
documentation. Rectify that for both these flags as well as adding
PAGE_UNACCEPTED_MAPCOUNT_VALUE.
