fuse: fix references to fuse.rst -> fuse/fuse.rst
Commit 6be0ddb20200 ("Documentation: fuse: Consolidate FUSE docs into its
own subdirectory") moved fuse docs to a subdirectory but didn't update
references inside the kernel tree.
