Pull gpio fixes from Bartosz Golaszewski:
- correct the ACPI GPIO access mode in gpio-loongson-64bit
- only obtain the interrupt for a single instance of the chip

- add missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() to gpio-spacemit
