regulator: pf530x: NXP PF530x regulator driver
Merge series from Woodrow Douglass <wdouglass@carnegierobotics.com>:
I wrote this driver to read settings and state from the nxp pf530x
regulator. Please consider it for inclusion, any criticism is welcome.
