KVM: x86: Remove redundant parentheses around 'bitmap'
When doing pointer arithmetic in apic_test_vector() and
kvm_lapic_{set|clear}_vector(), remove the unnecessary
parentheses surrounding the 'bitmap' parameter.
No functional change intended.
