2025-02-23efi/cper: Fix cper_arm_ctx_info alignmentPatrick Rudolph
According to the UEFI Common Platform Error Record appendix, the processor context information structure is a variable length structure, but "is padded with zeros if the size is not a multiple of 16 bytes". Currently this isn't honoured, causing all but the first structure to be garbage when printed. Thus align the size to be a multiple of 16. <linux/aer.h> is unused, so remove it. Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20230307203356.882479-1-helgaas@kernel.org Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com> Acked-by: Ard Biesheuvel <ardb@kernel.org>
2019-02-04efi: Replace GPL license boilerplate with SPDX headersArd Biesheuvel
Replace all GPL license blurbs with an equivalent SPDX header (most files are GPLv2, some are GPLv2+). While at it, drop some outdated header changelogs as well. 2018-05-14efi/cper: Remove the INDENT_SP sillinessBorislav Petkov
A separate define just to print a space character is silly and completely unneeded. Remove it. 2018-01-03efi: Parse ARM error information valueTyler Baicar
ARM errors just print out the error information value, then the value needs to be manually decoded as per the UEFI spec. Add decoding of the ARM error information value so that the kernel logs capture all of the valid information at first glance. ARM error information value decoding is captured in UEFI 2.7 spec tables 263-265. 2018-01-03efi: Move ARM CPER code to new fileTyler Baicar
The ARM CPER code is currently mixed in with the other CPER code. Move it to a new file to separate it from the rest of the CPER code.
