The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit
unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to
move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned
(any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by
vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on
install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference:
- Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom)
- Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have
been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx)
- Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any
company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few
makefile fixups.

We want to unify the pinctrl-single pin group nodes to use naming "pins".
Otherwise non-standad pin group names will add make dtbs checks errors
when the pinctrl-single yaml binding gets merged.

The dual_mac mode has been preserved the same way between legacy and new
driver, and one port devices works the same as 1 dual_mac port - it's safe
to switch drivers.
So, switch AM335x Chiliboard to use new cpsw switch driver. Those boards
have or 2 Ext. port wired and configured in dual_mac mode by default, or
only 1 Ext. port.

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

The default is enabled, and there should be no need to reconfigure
the status for SoC internal devices in the board specific files.
Only the USB PHY used needs to be configured in the board specific
files.

The interrupt for power button is static data that comes from the
datasheet, there is no reason to need to define this value on every
board so seams reasonable put this information into the common tps65217

Additionally, enabling tps65217 charger allows us to get status

On chiliBoard power button is connected to TPS65217. It signals power
button presses by asserting interrupt output and allows to read the
state by i2c bus.
Handle TPS65217 interrupts and enable notifications of power button

ChiliSOM has 2 Ethernet subsystems with different types of possibly used
PHY interfaces (i.e. MII, RMII, GMII, RGMII). Current code configured
pinmux for RMII on 1st Ethernet subsystem and enabled Ethernet MAC with
1 slave for all boards which use ChiliSOM.
This change moves pinmux configuration of 1st Ethernet subsystem to
ChiliBoard description, as this is board-specific.

uart0 configuration code has been in SOM. However, it is possible to
use all (or none) of 6 uart's of AM335x processor present on ChiliSOM.
This fix moves declaration of uart0 from ChiliSOM to ChiliBoard, because
use of uart is strictly board-specific.
