Pull SoC devicetree updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"There are a few new variants of existing chips:
- mt6572 is an older mobile phone chip from mediatek that was
extremely popular a decade ago but never got upstreamed until now
- exynos2200 is a recent high-end mobile phone chip used in a few
Samsung phones like the Galaxy S22
- Renesas R-Car V4M-7 (R8A779H2) is an updated version of R-Car V4M
(R8A779H0) and used in automotive applications
- Tegra264 is a new chip from NVIDIA, but support is fairly minimal
for now, and not much information is public about it
There are five more chips in a separate branch, as those are new chip
families that I merged along with the necessary infrastructure.
New board support is not that exciting, with a total of 33 newly added
machines here:
- Evaluation platforms for the chips above, plus TI am62d2 and Sophgo
sg2042
- Six 32-bit industrial boards based on stm32, imx6 and am33 chips,
plus eight 64-bit rockchips rk33xx/rk35xx, am62d2, t527, imx8 and
imx95
- Two newly added ASPEED BMC based motherboards, and one that got
removed
- Phones and Tablets based on 32-bit mt6572, tegra30 and 64-bit
msm8976 SoCs
- Three Laptops based on Mediatek mt8186 and Qualcomm Snapdragon X1
- A set-top box based on Amlogic meson-gxm
Updates for existing machines are spread over all the above families.
One notable change here is support for the RP1 I/O chip used in
Raspberry Pi 5"

The CSI SCLK clock is incorrectly called CSI1 SCLK while it is used for
both the CSI0 and CSI1 interfaces and is called CSI SCLK all around the
documentation.
Fix the name in the driver, header and device-tree.

The RTL8211E ethernet PHY driver has recently gained support for
controlling PHY LEDs via /sys/class/leds. The Bananapi M1 has three
LEDs connected to the RTL8211E PHY. Add the corresponding nodes to
the device tree.

RerVision A33-Vstar board is a board based on their A33-Core1 SoM (A33
SoC + 512MiB DRAM + 4GiB eMMC + AXP223 PMIC), with multiple peripherals:
- MicroSD card slot
- 4.0mm/1.7mm DC jack connected to ACIN of AXP223 (and a XH2.54 2-pin
connector for alternative 5V DC IN)
- OTG-capable microUSB port
- Reserved pads for soldering Li-ion battery and/or 3V RTC battery
- 3 LRADC-attached keys and 2 fixed function power/reset keys
- AP6212 Wi-Fi/BT combo module
- On-board GL850G hub attached to the USB host port of A33, and a
RTL8152 USB Ethernet chip at the downstream of the hub
- Onboard microphone (not supported yet) and headphone jack
- 3 UART ports as PH2.0 3-pin connectors (UART2 one is currently used as
debug output and others are ignored yet)

The DCDC5 voltage rail in the X-Powers AXP809 PMIC has a resolution of
50mV, so the currently enforced limits of 1.475 and 1.525 volts cannot
be set, when the existing regulator value is beyond this range.
This will lead to the whole regulator driver to give up and fail
probing, which in turn will hang the system, as essential devices depend
on the PMIC.
In this case a bug in U-Boot set the voltage to 1.75V (meant for DCDC4),
and the AXP driver's attempt to correct this lead to this error:

Underscores should not be used in node names (dtc with W=2 warns about
them), so replace them with hyphens. Use also generic name for pwrseq
node, because generic naming is favored by Devicetree spec. All the
clocks affected by this change use clock-output-names, so resulting
clock name should not change. Functional impact checked with comparing
before/after DTBs with dtx_diff and fdtdump.

The USB PHY in the Allwinner R40 SoC seems to rely on voltage on the
VCC-TVIN/OUT supply pins for proper operation, on top of its own supply
voltage on VCC-USB. Without a 3.3V voltage supplied to VCC-TV*, USB
operation becomes unstable and can result in disconnects.
The Forlinx FETA40i-C SoM connects both the VCC-TVOUT and VCC-TVIN pins
to the ALDO1 rail of the PMIC, so we need to enable that rail for USB
operation. Since there is no supply property in the DT bindings for
the USB core, we need to always enable the regulator.
This fixes unstable USB operation on boards using the Forlinx FETA40i-C
module.

The Anbernic RG-Nano is a small portable game device based on the
Allwinner V3s SoC. It has GPIO buttons on the face and side for
input, a single mono speaker, a 240x240 SPI controlled display, a USB-C
OTG port, an SD card slot for booting, and 64MB of RAM included in the
SoC. There does not appear to be a crystal feeding the internal RTC so
it does not keep proper time (for me it ran 8 hours slow in a 24 hour
period). External RTC works just fine.

Documentation/process/license-rules.rst and checkpatch expect the SPDX
identifier syntax for multiple licenses to use capital "OR". Correct it
to keep consistent format and avoid copy-paste issues.

Add the '-@' DTC option for the sun8i-h3 pi-class devices. This option
populates the '__symbols__' node that contains all the necessary symbols
for supporting device-tree overlays (for instance from the firmware or
the bootloader) on these devices.
These devices allow various modules to be connected and this enables
users to create out-of-tree device-tree overlays for these modules.
Please note that this change does increase the size of the resulting DTB
by ~30%. For example, with v6.4 increase in size is as follows:

The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit
unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to
move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned
(any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by
vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on
install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference:
- Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom)
- Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have
been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx)
- Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any
company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few
makefile fixups.
